Can't Use Video Filters With VE

I just installed VE 1.93 and tried to choose some video filters to enhance the video clip.  However, the program does not allow me to use any filters.  I get the message "Can't load library" each time I try to use a filter.  Once this message comes up, the program keeps giving that message for every filter in the plugins directory.  I have to bring up the Task Manager to kill the process.  Not sure what the problem is.  These same VirtualDub filters worked just fine when I tried out VE a year or so ago.

1. Try reinstalling Video Enhancer and do not install anything else from this site yet. For example, VDFilter from this site is not compatible with VE now.
2. Copy all .DLL files from plugins folder to Video Enhancer folder in Program Files.
