Cropping filter?

I have several clips which have a "bouncing" frame edge after proccessing with virtualdub deshaker filter.
I think to crop these movies to remove these bouncing.
What filter can you recomend to chose?

If you're using Video Enhancer, make a chain of your filters in advanced mode and then add one SR filter where scale size set to its input and output size set to desired width and height. It will crop and pad properly.
For example, if you have 720x576 video with bouncing edge and you want to keep only central 700x476, then at the end of your filter chain add SR with scale size 720x576 and output size 700x476.
And if you're using VirtualDub, then add a "null transform" filter and set its cropping settings.
