Please, Which the version of Micrososft Visual C++ that you used in the video tutorial?  I have only the express edition and it is different from the used by you.

In the tutorial MSVC 6.0 was used. But source code generated by GraphEditPlus is compilable with any version of MSVC. For express edition you'll need to have Plaftorm SDK or Windows Vista SDK which include DirectShow headers. Earlier these headers were in DirectX SDK.
