installation on win7 ult 64bit

Hi,

want to try GraphEditPlus on win7 ultimate 64bit, but can't install it. Error message is: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

file downloaded from http://www.thedeemon.com/GraphEditPlus/GraphEditPlusSetup.exe, checked other browser, other file source, it's always the same.
Any ideas ?

small update - found older installer which works fine. looks like the one on the website is corrupted.
