Hello I want to know if a filter for VirtualDub can put two videos in the same time like this ?

If the answer is yes where can i take it ?
By the way, I'm French I'm sorry if I make mistakes, i hope you will understand what i want to say, please help me or say me "no, it's not possible" because i search since a long time. I use Videopad and I used to take vdf files for effect so i don't know how to do .

youtube says this video has restricted access, so I can't watch it, sorry.

Originally VirtualDub works with just one video stream and is not suited for combining several streams. However you can use AviSynth scripts, apply VD filters to the videos and then combine them in different ways.
