software license doesn't work; getting error invalid code

I purchased grapheditplus tool and received the license key after sending several email to support email address. The key that I received it doesn't work. I am getting the code is invalid error message. I am cuting/pasting the licnese code. This is very frustrating. There is no phone number to call, no email response. I have no support for this tool.

I am hoping someone may be able to help me out here.

I'm very sorry for delay with answer, we had no internet connection for 3 days.

When GraphEditPlus asks for the code, it also asks to enter your email used with the purchase. You entered your name instead of what it asked, that's why the code didn't work.
