I have made three attempts to use the VideoEnhancer v.1.8 to convert a 55 min, 2.8 GB mpeg video.  After completing file processing, the resulting file contains only audio but no video.

Computer: 2.8 GHz, 512 MB RAM with Seagate FreeAgent External Drive (750 GB capacity). Windows XP with Service Pack 2.

Input: 2.81 GB, file type: MPEG Movie, 720 x 480 @ 3293.68 sec duration. Movie file was made from Pinnacle Studio Version 11.

Output Selected Configuration (Trial 1 & 2):
- Filters: MSU Smart Deblocking 0.8
- SuperResolution (scale to/output): 1440 x 960 /1440x960 , “Better Quality”.
- Video Compressor: Pinnacle MPEG-2 Encoder
- Audio Compressor: Pinnacle MPEG-Layer 2 Audio Encoder
- Checked “Use Multi-threading”

I see you're trying to compress to MPEG2. This is a mistake: AVI container is not suited for MPEG2 and Video Enhancer can only write AVI files. I recommend using another codec, for example DivX.
