A more complete tutorial for using super resolution within video enhancer.

Hi,

   I did read the manual about using video enhancer/super resolution method but I am still a little confused on using super resolution method and what variables to use for resizing-scale to, output size. Can there be a more complete tutorial on how to resize scale to choosing output size with some more samples thanks in advance. Sometimes i get no video output or black screen because i am unsure how to choose scale to output size.
