Video enhancer CLI???

Is there a CLI version or if it already exists what are the commands?
If there isn't one implemented, is there future plans to bring a CLI version or add-on/extension?
CLI would be great in my opinion.

I see, but unfortunately I don't know what to set in the parameters now, the new version 1.9.6 has 4 different quality presets, the CLI only has fast mode or high quality mode....could you go into how I would set the highest quality in version 1.9.6 in CLI? Also how can I edit codec configuration from CLI if its possible? Thanks again.

By default the highest quality mode is used, and with "-fast" parameter the fastest one is used.

There is no way to change codecs settings from command line. However codecs usually remember their settings, so if you first run VE in usual mode and configure your codec, then close the program and run it from command line, the codec will use that settings.
