filter - black level

hello
the problem:
we are taking pictures from a building yard over from november - september over a whole year.
the cam is taking a picture all 6 minutes also in the night.

so we would like to filter the black pictures (night) out but there is no filter in virtualdub for this or?
has someone a hint for me?

As far as I know VirtualDub cannot filter out frames based on their content. You'll have to find another software for this task.

It can be easily done in GraphEditPlus (or MS GraphEdt) using a custom DirectShow filter which we can write. If you don't find a simpler solution send us an email.
