Opening same Graph from more than 1 machine

I have the exact same video input card in two different computers, but when take a working graph from one computer and try to open the same graph from another computer that has the same model input card on it, I get a "class not registered" error.....

are graphs portable is the same hardware is in existence on the other computer?

You mean a .grf file?
It works for simple DirectShow filters which are identified by CLSID but doesn't really work for devices.
