Has anyone been able to produce a working program with GEP output and VS2008 Express c++ ?
If so, with what Platform SDK and what DX SDK?
I am using SERVER 2003 R2 platform and DX 2005 SDK and am getting all sorts of errors esp missing atl stuff and missing atl.lib.
No clue.
I downloaded the trial of VS2008 full but don't kow if i have the energy left to try it.

Quote from MSDN:
The DirectShow headers, libraries, SDK tools, and samples are available in the Windows SDK.
* Note Previous versions of the DirectShow SDK shipped as part of the DirectX SDK. The last version of the DirectX SDK that included DirectShow was "DirectX 9.0 SDK Update - (February 2005) Extras." The DirectShow SDK was moved to the Windows SDK starting with the Microsoft® Windows Server 2003 SP1 Platform SDK. To get the latest DirectShow SDK, download the latest version of the Windows SDK.
I haven't tried it in VS2008, maybe someone else will share his/her experience.
