Using Sample Grabber in C++ these days is harder than before and harder than in C# but still quite possible.

If you look again at the blog post mentioned above, you'll find the part with words "in recent versions of this SDK Microsoft got more serious about deprecating some parts of it". There you will find the solution.

As for transcoding to MPEG2 Transport, I can't really comment on this, I just don't have enough experience with this particular  matter.

hello,
i want to buy graph edit plus, so that i copy generated code. Can anybody suggest me the link for that as i did not find any link to buy that.
